Los gobernadores de Buenos Aires, R\u00edo Negro, Neuqu\u00e9n, La Pampa hab\u00edan solicitado el an\u00e1lisis ambiental.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El presidente de la Naci\u00f3n,<strong>\u00a0Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez, dict\u00f3 el laudo arbitral solicitado por la provincia de Mendoza<\/strong>. El mismo se debe a la\u00a0<strong>controversia surgida en el seno del Comit\u00e9 Interjurisdiccional del R\u00edo Colorado<\/strong>\u00a0(COIRCO).<\/p>\n<p>En ese marco,\u00a0<strong>ratific\u00f3 la necesidad de realizar un Estudio de Impacto Ambiental Regional e Integral<\/strong>\u00a0sobre toda la cuenca del R\u00edo Colorado como condici\u00f3n para\u00a0<strong>aprobar la construcci\u00f3n de la obra \u00abPortezuelo del Viento\u00bb,<\/strong>\u00a0de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el<strong>\u00a0laudo arbitral anterior dictado el 16 de enero de 2018<\/strong>\u00a0por el expresidente Mauricio Macri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-12 col-lg-8\">\n<section class=\"detail-body\">\n<section class=\"body-content note-body content-protected-false\">Adem\u00e1s,<strong>\u00a0el jefe de Estado instruy\u00f3 al Ministerio de Ambiente\u00a0<\/strong>y a la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura y Pol\u00edtica H\u00eddrica del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas<strong>, a colaborar con el COIRCO en la elaboraci\u00f3n de los procedimientos t\u00e9cnico administrativos necesarios<\/strong>\u00a0y de los t\u00e9rminos de referencia para la realizaci\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>Estudio de Impacto Ambiental<\/strong>, los cuales deber\u00e1n llevarse a cabo en un plazo de 60 d\u00edas.Cabe recordar que\u00a0<strong>Buenos Aires, R\u00edo Negro, Neuqu\u00e9n y La Pampa<\/strong>, cuatro de las cinco provincias que integran COIRCO junto con Mendoza,\u00a0<strong>solicitaron durante la reuni\u00f3n del Consejo de Gobierno del Comit\u00e9 la realizaci\u00f3n de dicho estudio<\/strong>\u00a0ambiental integral para aprobar la
