Luego de una larga hora de espera <strong><em>solo se pueden obtener 10<\/em><\/strong> turnos y muchas de las personas que esperan<strong><em> no reciben atenci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong> alguna y deben volver a sus hogares sin ninguna respuesta.
