Esto implica que<strong> el Ejecutivo provincial otorga a la Direcci\u00f3n de Hidr\u00e1ulica un mecanismo que le permite acelerar los tiempos administrativos y contables<\/strong> para mitigar las consecuencias del fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico y atender situaciones de extrema gravedad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, <strong>la medida apunta a remediar las consecuencias de las extraordinarias precipitaciones que se presentaron en toda la provincia entre noviembre de 2020\u00a0 y marzo 2021<\/strong>, que dejaron como saldo importantes da\u00f1os en viviendas, caminos, cauces y puentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan los relevamientos que realizaron distintas dependencias de gobierno, <strong>las precipitaciones del \u00faltimo verano fueron de magnitudes extraordinarias<\/strong>, superando ampliamente la media habitual registrada en la provincia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bas\u00e1ndose en la <strong>Ley de Contabilidad<\/strong>, el decreto<strong> autoriza la contrataci\u00f3n y las compras directas de insumos, repuestos y combustible para hacer frente a<\/strong> episodios graves, como la <strong>rotura de canales, puentes y caminos<\/strong>, la evacuaci\u00f3n de personas por anegamientos de viviendas o la interrupci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La medida habilita adoptar disposiciones urgentes durante el per\u00edodo estival y mitigar las consecuencias de las lluvias.
