Dos menores quedaron bajo la \u00f3rbita de la Dinaf.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo la informaci\u00f3n a la que accedi\u00f3 <strong>F.M. VI\u00d1AS\u00a0<\/strong>un llamado al <strong>911<\/strong> alrededor de las <strong>00:30hs<\/strong> alert\u00f3 que en un <strong>inmueble situado en calle Mitre al 700<\/strong> aproximadamente <strong>se escuchaban llantos, gritos y golpes<\/strong> por lo que el CEO desplaz\u00f3 a personal de Comisar\u00eda 14\u00aa hasta el lugar indicado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al arribo de los efectivos, <strong>la propietaria de la morada<\/strong>, de apellido <em>Chinlote (34)<\/em>, <strong>se ofusc\u00f3 y sin aportar datos personales comenz\u00f3 a proferir insultos contra la Polic\u00eda<\/strong>, quienes pidieron directivas al Ayudante Fiscal en Turno, el que autoriza la intervenci\u00f3n del <strong>ETI<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\">Sosteniendo su actitud, <strong>la mujer no permit\u00eda el ingreso de los uniformados<\/strong> por lo que <strong>al haber menores\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>incluidos<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong> utilizaron la fuerza p\u00fablica y con testigo <\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">mediante <\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong>rompieron la puerta principal<\/strong>. Acto seguido uno de los inspectores, de apellido <\/span><em style=\"line-height: 24px;\">Frasenti (43)<\/em><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\">,<strong> fue agredido\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">f\u00edsicamente<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong> por la femenino la cual utiliz\u00f3 una olla para golpearlo en el rostro<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 24px; color: #000000;\">En el interior <strong>se observ\u00f3 una menor<\/strong>, la cual no presentaba lesiones visibles pero fue trasladada por protocolo al <strong>hospital &#8216;Enfermeros Argentinos&#8217;<\/strong> para examinarla, al igual que la femenino que no presenta lesiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\">Por su parte, el efectivo policial fue asistido producto de la <em><strong>herida cortante en parte frontal<\/strong><\/em> que revest\u00eda ante lo cual <strong>se le realizaron tres puntos de sutura<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 24px;\"><strong>La menor fue trasladada al hogar &#8216;Virgen Ni\u00f1a&#8217;<\/strong> mientras que <strong>su hermano est\u00e1 a cargo de Dinaf<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se labraron actuaciones en &#8216;<strong><em>Averiguaci\u00f3n lesiones dolosas leves agravadas<\/em><\/strong>&#8216; bajo instrucci\u00f3n del magistrado interviniente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022F.B.
